Shortly after we photographed their Lakeview home, our clients called to share news of their next chapter—a 1920s Georgian in Evanston. From the first visit, the house had a presence you could feel: gracious proportions, steady symmetry, and an ease that invited family life to unfold naturally.

The floor plan offered rare flexibility. Spaces where two young children could roam and play independently, yet still draw everyone together when the day slowed down. Our work centered on honoring that balance, shaping a home that supports both movement and gathering, energy and calm.

The result: a mix of old and new, incorporating family heirlooms to create this client’s forever home.
